**Overview of contract**

On behalf of our client, one of the largest banks in Switzerland, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Order Handling and Document Management.

**Location**: Zürich

**Start date**: ASAP

**End date**: 31.01.2024

**Main responsibilities**

- Manage and process orders, including openings, modifications, and closures, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Serve as a point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate order handling.
- Provide support to the incoming mail team by assisting in scanning and classifying documents.
- Conduct quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders and related documentation.
- Adhere to established guidelines and protocols for order handling and document management.
