- Tasks:

- Lead the integration of DevOps practices into business processes and systems development
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure DevOps strategies align with company objectives
- Facilitate the onboarding of new systems into our DevOps framework
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs
- Drive continuous improvement in our DevOps practices, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and business-focused
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in DevOps
- Manage communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business terms
- Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Extensive experience in DevOps, software development, and IT operations
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with technology
- Proven track record of leading successful DevOps initiatives in a corporate environment
- Experience with cloud technologies, automation tools, and modern software development practices
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
