We are looking for a self-driven Strategic Sales Controller for our BP Sales Organization who will enable us to re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow. This job is to be located preferably in Zug Switzerland, but other European locations are possible.

Your Role - international, challenging and future-oriented
**Your new responsibilites**
- To guide an ongoing comparison of objectives and their achievement, drive consistent steering actions to achieve the targets set by the business in terms of revenue and investments
- To manage or contribute to ongoing optimization processes to ensure rationalization potential to optimize productivity including complete E2E digitalization
- To analyse deviations in detail incl. preparation of presentations and decision memos for the management of the business
- To coordinate and organize all financial and commercial activities within the scope of the applicable business sales processes
- To guide a complete and timely preparation of necessary financial/commercial documents for all sales agreements
- To guide technical partners in commercial and financial matters

**Your skills**
- An economics/finance-based education e.g., Bachelor/Master of Business Administration
- Typically, 5+ years of successful experience in sales financial and operational topics
- Capability of driving the standardization of financial processes and continuous processes and performance improvement forward
- Knowledge of Qlik, including quality assurance between the systems is a plus
- Strong business mindset with excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Highly developed analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
- Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Proven work experience under pressure
- Demonstrably creative and self-motivated; able to generate new and unique ideas
- Team-oriented; gets along well with others
