Investment Operations Team Leader (f/h/d)

En tant que Team Leader Investment Operations chez Trianon SA, une entreprise du Groupe Mobilière, vous êtes responsable d’une équipe réalisant le rebalancement mensuel des investissements pour le compte des caisses de pension clientes.
Ce que vous pouvez réaliser chez nous
Votre tâche principale consiste à gérer l'équipe Opérations d'investissement et superviser le rebalancement mensuel des investissements pour les caisses de pension de nos clients.
Vous mettez en œuvre les décisions du Comité de placement de la FCT / FCT 1e, veillez au respect des allocations stratégiques des clients et collaborez avec l'équipe d'investissement pour les due diligences opérationnelles sur les fonds de placement à ajouter à la plateforme.
Enfin, vous gérez également les souscriptions dans des fondations de placement et des private equity et les relations bancaires, y compris l'ouverture des comptes et la gestion des droits de signature.
Ce que vous apportez
- CFC d'employé de commerce ou équivalent
- Une formation dans les placements (technicien des marchés financiers ou équivalent) est un plus
- Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans dans l’industrie financière, idéalement en back office
- Expérience ou volonté de gérer une petite équipe
- Esprit structuré, ayant le souci du détail et la capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps
- Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques, en particulier Excel
- Maîtrise du français, connaissance de l’allemand ou de l'anglais un plus
