Votre rôle

Vous supervisez une équipe d’opérateurs (ou de techniciens) et leur permettez de délivrer une sécurité, une qualité, un service irréprochable à la personne qui se trouve à la fin de notre chaîne d’approvisionnement.

Votre impact

Vous avez un impact clef sur l’ambition de la stratégie GMS qui est d’atteindre les trois zéros sur les accidents, les défauts et les déchets. Il s’agit d’un rôle clé pour s’assurer que la stratégie de l’entreprise est délivrée par une équipe engagée, motivée et compétente.

Vôs Tâches

Supervision d’une équipe de collaborateurs travaillant dans un environnement de production   Résolution de problèmes et gestion de la performance dans le domaine d'activité dont vous êtes responsable. Gestion des processus en respectant les standards (par rapport aux standards 4M, aux matériaux, aux ressources 
humaines, aux méthodes et aux mesures) nécessaires pour gérer sécurité, la qualité, la conformité et les résultats Respecter l’ensemble des standards GMP

Votre profil

Bachelor en production pharmaceutique (ou équivalent) Compétences managériales Première expérience en gestion de projet Anglais, un plus
