Tasks
  • Manage a team (currently 1 Technician) of Electro-Mechanical Technicians
  • Responsible for overseeing the production processes ensuring high quality and safety standards
  • Ensure the overall reactive and preventive maintenance schedules and practices.
  • Play a key role on-site with go-live of customer specific projects and/or Proof of Concepts
  • Liaise with delivery teams at customer locations to provide technical problem solving and first-level support
  • Manage master data of all technical aspects.
  • Develop and document production processes, procedures
  • Liaise with Chief Technology Officer regarding any issues with production, specifications and go-live projects
Requirements
  • 1-2 years’ supervisory experience in assembling, manufacturing industrial robots or electro-mechanical equipment, progressive responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or technical field, Electromechanics a plus
  • Experience in writing and documenting industrial methods, processes and projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Proven Self-starter able to work autonomously and lead a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and safety
  • Fluent in English is required with good understanding in French and/or German, a plus
