**The **Position**: More than a job
- As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world we lead the way in the sport and event industry.
- We are now looking for a
- **Employee Engagement Manager** that is part of
- **FIFA** and supports us on our mission.
- These are your key tasks:
- Deliver an always-on editorial calendar, including news writing, content creation and publishing.
- Develop and implement campaigns and initiatives that inform and engage employees in FIFA's Vision and priorities and drive an employee-centric culture.
- Organise impactful employee events that actively support business needs and priorities, including town hall meetings, webinars, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Manage and further develop FIFA's internal communication channels, including a dynamic intranet and related platforms.
- Build community and connection among employees, promoting a shared purpose and passion.
- Manage the Engagement inbox, providing timely replies to senders.
