**DESCRIPTION**
**Job purpose**:
The SILVA representative for Market Switzerland ensures a leading role in IT Service Management (ITSM)based on SILVA tool of ServiceNow.You are responsible of administration, coordination and communication of ITSM processes and therespective data management.As facilitator within the IT organization, you are acting as a bridge between the business entities and theservice delivery of the central global SILVA team.Consultancy is key for the adoption and development of SILVA within Switzerland as well as to meet thebusiness needs in compliance with SILVA standards.

**Your contribution**:

- Consultancy IT Service Management
- Creating and implementing customer requirements (functionality and process adjustments)
- Coordination between local and global activities in terms of introducing new releases and functionalities (also includes conduct of user training)
- Representation of Switzerland in the global ITSM community
- Maintenance of the service catalog, CMDB and master data by scripting and configurating
- Participation and support of definition and improvement of IT processes (ITIL)

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Your capabilities and talents**:

- Proven experience in IT Service Management with knowledge in ITIL and ServiceNow or similar
- Good understanding of IT technologies and data
- Ability to work across local and global organization and their processes and standards
- Proven consultancy skills by understanding the user experience journey
- Good communication skills (German and English)
