**Aufgaben**:

- Betreuung von militärischen Kunden und Kunden von Regierungsorganisationen
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
- Ansprechperson für sämtliche Vertriebsfragen im Geschäft mit den militärischen und staatlichen Kunden
- Identifikation der Kundenbedürfnisse und Erarbeitung von Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Experten
- Federführende Bearbeitung von Projekten und Ausschreibungen
- Marktbeobachtung und Analyse von Trends und Entwicklungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungssempfehlungen für das Unternehmen
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Präsentationen

**Qualifikationen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Account Management; idealerweise mit Behörden bzw. in der militärischen oder staatlichen Beschaffung
- Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Vergaberecht
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und guter Teamplayer.
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Reisebereitschaft
