**Your Profile**
- You are a University Degree holder in Business/Economics, Engineering or Science and you have an excellent understanding of the power and gas markets and 3-5 years of professional Middle Office management experience
- You have an extensive familiarity with long term fixed price PPAs or renewable energy projects
- Leadership / mentoring skills
- Strong project management skills
- Good communication and social skills and ability to coordinate communication and processes between business, customers and IT
- Fluency in English is required French will be a plus
- Strong drive to improve processes and systems
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills and customer service mentality
- You are recognized for your high level of engagement, flexibility, reliability, and strong team-player mentality
The fast-paced trading environment requires from you to be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. The role requires the ability to build a team managing the renewable business activities as well as strong internal and external communication skills as well as the ability to co-operate closely with other departments and functions within the organisation. Control of risk metrics, modelling, and valuation of contracts and short-term trading activities as well as identification and assessment of risks in PPA contracts, market dynamics, and regulatory changes are key responsibilities of this role. Analysis and control of mark-to-market valuation of long-term power and short-term power contracts, hourly forward curves, settlement prices and imbalances. PnL, position and risk reporting to traders, management and other stakeholders are part of the daily routines.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP) Middle Office Team in Geneva as a Structured Contracts Middle Office Supervisor.
