Overview of Role

While being part of the Front Office Unit of WM Switzerland, the Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Dubai Client Advisors in their day-to-day activity by performing the following main tasks:

- Client Service Excellence: bring professional, high-level customer service and put the customers at the core of the job when managing client’s request.
- Formalities, Client Documentation and AML, Compliance & Risk Management:

- Must keep any open items in relation with account administration and client documentation, and any other pending formalities at minimum level.
- Must support proactively Middle East, UAE - Dubai, DIFC Office and is responsible to document on the Swiss side any open Clients Review, AML alerts and potential Client complaints
- Account opening and closing
- Pricing exception forms filling in
- Clients quarterly fee review
- Client activity: support the Relationship Managers & Client Advisors in their day-to-day activity with
- Ad-hoc request from clients
- Trade order implementation when necessary
- Cash management and related administrative duties
- Business Risk Management & Compliance: fully comply with the group's internal guidelines, policies & regulations in order to maintain a safe and risk-free environment for own self and for the team and avoid any incidents.

Education and Qualifications
- Commercial or High School degree, bank apprenticeship or similar

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- Experience in similar role, within the financial industry of 5 years. Experience within a middle east team would be a nice plus.
- Knowledge and interest in financial markets and asset allocation
- Understanding and first professional experiences across major investment asset classes
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must. French (written and spoken) and/or Arabic are considered a strong plus
- Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability
- Proficient in MS Office
- Team player
- Flexibility, “can-do” attitude, seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards
- Reliable and accurate
