- AMAG Services AG est une entreprise de services du groupe AMAG, active dans différents domaines de la mobilité. En font partie la location de voitures, le Valet Parking, le service de limousines, le car sharing et les parkings. Sur plus de 90 sites, quelque 600 collaborateurs veillent chaque jour à ce que nos clients bénéficient d'un conseil compétent et d'un service de qualité.

**Rental Desk Agent auxiliaire ~40% annualisé**
Tes tâches
- Rattaché(e) au responsable d’agence, ta tâche première est de fournir des prestations de qualité contribuant à la satisfaction de nos clients.
- A ce titre, tu as pour mission de:
- Conseiller et orienter nos clients
- Etablir des réservations et contrats de location ainsi que la facturation finale
- Gérer la remise et réception des véhicules
- Gérer et organiser la flotte par rapport aux réservations
- Divers travaux administratifs
- Soutenir les collègues au lavage de véhicule lorsque nécessaire
Ton profil
- De nature communicative et enjouée, tu as un sens développé des relations commerciales et tu aimes le contact avec la clientèle. Doté(é) d’un esprit de conquête, tu sais faire preuve d’autonomie et tu aimes les défis. De plus, tu:
- Parles et écris couramment le français
- As d’excellentes connaissances de la langue anglaise (C1-C2), l’allemand un atout
- Es au bénéfice d’un permis de conduire de catégorie B
- Habites idéalement dans la région afin de rejoindre facilement notre agence
- Ce poste conviendrait à **un(e) étudiant(e) désireux de travailler à côté de ses études**, avec des disponibilités essentiellement les week-ends et certains jours de la semaine, ainsi que pendant les vacances universitaires
