An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Marketing professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to develop omni-channels marketing campaigns to promote our brand with a focus on destinations, itineraries, destinations experiences and the promotion of our overall unique journeys product.

Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of four luxury ships (currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travelers.
- You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing\/Brand management;
- Luxury background is preferred;
- You have solid marketing skills at corporate level with focus on brand campaigns development;
- You are structured and well organized;
- You work collaboratively and establish constructive professional relationships within the organization;
- You have ability to easily move from strategic thinking to operative tasks with strong respect for deadlines;
- You are fluent in English - knowledge of any other European language is considered an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, or related field is considered an advantage.
- Lead the development and delivery of marketing campaigns focusing on promoting our key journey products: itineraries and destinations based on commercial calendar;
- Coordinates the requirements of key marketing functions (CRM, Digital, etc) to deliver marketing toolkits within deadline;
- Define and develop marketing assets coordinating with key functions involved and making sure the necessary information is delivered on time and assets hit the market when needed;
- Leads the production of marketing assets (videos, photo shooting, etc.);
- Monitors and manages budget to develop and produce materials;

- toolkit implementation analysis and suggests how to improve future communications;

The fleet's average age is 7 years, the youngest in the industry. In 2014, MSC Cruises launched a euro 9 billion, 10 year investment plan to support the second phase of its growth through the order of up to 11 next generation mega cruise ships. As a result, MSC Cruises' fleet will double by 2026, while the passenger capacity will triple to reach five million passengers per year. MSC Cruises is the first cruise company to develop an investment plan of this length and magnitude.
