**Portfolio Pricing Manager**:**

Working with Motion, you will be responsible for managing the pricing structure and governance. Lead the back-end pricing community and focus on product and materials oriented pricing. It is the objective to set accurate and pricing strategies, which enable optimizing profitable growth that meet market needs and Division strategy and targets. Provide a strong contribution to the establishment of an effective pricing infrastructure in the organization with measurable results and be a speaking partner for surrounding functions on pricing related topics.

Global Portfolio Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Throughout your actions, pursue the strategies of the various service lines to ensure correct pricing setups enabling business growth and optimal profitability.
- Collaborate with the front end pricing function in Global Marketing & Sales to cover the full end-to-end process. You represent the portfolio, interface the back-end units to M&S and manage the back-end pricing community.
- Drive the implementation of divisional service strategy in relation to pricing, by defining the detailed objectives, key results, and milestones in collaboration with the relevant service management.
- Lead the annual pricing process, involving all relevant parties.
- Manage the pricing structure and governance with the relevant units: perform price list reviews, stimulate alignment of pricing structures, define and monitor relevant KPI’s.
Provide pricing training, strengthening awareness and competence on pricing in back-end organizations and supporting front-end organization
- Support back-end units (i.e. Service Responsible Units and Service Lines) as pricing specialist. Participate in service offering developments for defining pricing strategies and support front-end value-based pricing focus. Advice on pricing issues in commercial projects.
- Continuously support the development of processes and tools for pricing and product management.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an international industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience in pricing management, cost calculations and value-based pricing.
- An affinity with figures and knowledge of relevant systems, such as SAP, OMS, BOL.
- Capable to coodinate people with a different background towards a common objective.
- A result-oriented attitude combined with good people skills.
- Innovative and flexible mindset and passion to think outside the box and drive change.
- Speed, accuracy and efficiency demonstrated in the way of working.
