You’ll be selling our entire portfolio of products to medium sized businesses based in Switzerland.Your ImpactAs part of our team you will be selling and leading top new business and key accountsYou will build, share and implement an account plan with an extended team to deliver maximum revenue potential in line with a solid value proposition for our customersLead and orchestrate the entire sophisticated sales-cycle, often addressing C-level executives the value of our full suite of applicationsForecast sales activity and revenue achievement, whilst crafting excellent customer happiness through relationship buildingPromote the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiativesRequired SkillsProven record new business solution selling experienceAbility to map out and strategically define account plansOptimally optimise internal and external networksEvidence of relationship building skills within a matrix organisation with an ability to grow and cultivate relationshipsExcellent at using C-level and LOB relationshipsExhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and an aim to succeedMust be proficient in both English & German (ideally also French)Ability to negotiate complex dealsDegree or equivalent validated experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)Be Successful TogetherWe feed creativity and innovation at every level.
