We never compromise on quality and our only natural ingredients, ensuring trust with our consumers as well as partners through our commitment to excellence.Your mission:You will drive the monthly closing process, coordinating status reports, reviews, and task lists across all group entities in six European countries, ensuring accurate and timely completion.You will take ownership of complex accounting areas, such as accruals, provisions, and intangible assets, pushing for more effective and efficient processes.You will dive into transactions, identifying and managing large batch entries across multiple entities and geographies, ensuring consistency and precision.You will collaborate with the business to analyze revenue and costs, providing guidance on financial completeness and accruals.You will apply your financial reporting and accounting expertise on a wide range of topics, from sales to fixed assets, driving compliance and best practices.You will support and guide the accounting team, ensuring they execute tasks effectively and efficiently, while also acting as deputy to the Head of Accounting.You will play a key role in evolving the accounting master data model, ensuring high data quality, reliability, and alignment with the business needs.You:You hold a Chartered Accountant certification (such as a Swiss federal diploma, CPA, or ACCA) or a Bachelor's/Master's degree with a focus on finance, accounting, and/or controlling.You have at least 4 years of experience in financial accounting, controlling, or financial audit, equipping you with the skills to navigate complex financial tasks.You bring a proven can-do attitude to data processing, leaving traditional T-accounting where it belongs—in the textbook.You have a relentless curiosity, diving deep into assigned problems and pursuing solutions until they’re fully resolved.You navigate Microsoft Excel with ease, like moving through your own apartment, and you're familiar with tools like Power Query, Power BI, or similar software.You quickly grasp complex issues, understanding their connection to accounting and reporting with clarity and precision.You are fluent in English, German is a plusPlease note that we only consider applications that reach us directly through our career platform.
