Job Description

As a Construction Underwriter at XL Group, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks associated with large construction projects. Your expertise will be essential in developing and structuring tailor-made solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement underwriting strategies to win new business and retain existing customers in the construction sector.
  • Proactively foster positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assess and evaluate risks associated with construction projects, including technical, financial, and operational risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, producers, and trading partners to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
Requirements
