Supplement global program content with additional client or site content as needed.
Partner with site HR Business Partners and Executive Talent Acquisition to ensure CSL’s Executive Onboarding program is delivered to new senior leaders within client groups. Partner with site HR Business Partners and client leaders to ensure execution of mentoring programs and leadership assessment initiatives within client groups.Ensure site HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders have excellent knowledge of existing development resources to support Leadership, Management, Employee and Key Talent development, including knowledge of L&D related processes.Manage projects, vendors and budgets within areas of responsibility; provides vendor recommendations.Background education and experienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field of business is required. Degree in a human resource, organization development, or I/O psychology is preferred.Minimum of 8 years’ experience in talent management and learning/development positionsMinimum of 6 years’ experience consulting with business clients to define learning strategies and solutions that address talent gaps.Minimum of 6 years’ experience leading global/regional learning initiatives or projectsDeep knowledge of leadership, management and employee development strategies and contemporary practices and technologiesExtensive program design and delivery experience in multiple topics and geographiesExperience and related certifications in talent assessment tools (e.g. Insights, Hogan, 360 feedback)Capable of working in a global matrix and influencing organizational outcomes without direct authorityLeadership and delivery of large-scale, business specific L&D initiativesExcellent consulting and client relations skills, and ability to influence without authority.Fluent in English and GermanOur BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
