IT Support Specialist

Il ou elle travaille en collaboration avec l’IT Coordinator Infrastructure & Operations et fournit un service de support pour l’ensemble du personnel de Hexagon MI Sàrl (150 employés). Il gère ses priorités et planifie ses tâches afin d’assurer un service continu. Il doit également s’assurer de l’adéquation des choix des différents software et hardware avec les recommandations d’Hexagon. Finalement il participe à moyen terme à la maintenance du parc Informatique en conformité avec les outils proposés par le groupe.

Vos activités :

  • Gérer le support IT Software /Hardware – réseau pour PC & Serveurs en prenant en charge les demandes utilisateurs.
  • Assurer, via la plateforme ticketing, une bonne résolution des incidents tant en termes de SLA que de qualité.
  • Être fonction de support 1er et 2ème niveau en appui avec les fournisseurs et/ou prestataires externes si nécessaire.
  • Assurer le fonctionnement continu de l’infrastructure critique pour l’entreprise.
  • Gérer le stock et les commandes de matériel divers.
  • Suivre les mises à jour liées au renouvellement du parc.
  • Accompagner les projets IT d’amélioration

Votre profil :

  • Formation CFC en informatique ou niveau équivalent
  • Expérience de 3-5 ans sur un poste similaire
  • Localisation proche (~30 minutes)
  • Bonnes connaissances des outils Office 365, Microsoft Teams et de l’Active Directory
  • Capacité à faire une analyse des causes fondamentales ("root cause analysis"), de faire les tests de résolution ("troubleshooting") et de proposer des solutions aux incidents informatiques
  • Bonne expérience aux utilisateurs dans un environnement international et excellent sens du service
  • Personne autonome et consciencieuse
  • Parfaite maitrise du français et très bon niveau d’anglais (minimum requis : Niv B2)

Type de contrat : Contrat à durée indéterminée
