Digital Learning Project Manager

What you will do

The Project Manager plays a crucial role to keep the Digital Learning Centre (DLC) activities and projects running smoothly by :

  • Creating and delivering project plans, oversea projects from initiation to deployment and ensure successful implementation.
  • Coordinating and leading Digital Learning Center projects, creating and adhering to timelines for activities/projects and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Producing reports, presentations and summaries.
  • Facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with various departments to achieve DLC objectives.
  • Managing and Maintaining DLC documentation repository.
  • Managing the team schedule, scheduling and coordinating external and internal meetings.

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in organizational sciences, business administration, economics or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • You are proficient in using the MS Office suite.
  • You have a client-oriented approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a good time management: Prioritizing tasks, setting deadlines, and allocating time effectively.
  • You have attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness in work.
  • You are effective in multitasking and problem solving oriented.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
