**Project Manager - Open Education (W/M)**:
**Your mission**:
Your work consists of facilitating the open diffusion of educational resources at EPFL. This includes video recordings, online courses (MOOC), exercises and quizzes as well as Jupyter notebooks. Your mission requires legal, pedagogical and organizational competences in order to develop an original approach that makes sharing as easy as possible while preserving the expectation for high quality material.

**Main duties and responsibilities include**:

- In collaboration with central units, instructors and educational platform product owners you will:

- Clarify the legal framework that applies for teaching and learning resources.
- Develop a process to optimize copyright clearance and opening of resources.
- Train and accompany teachers to produce new resources and transform existing ones to be discoverable, available, accessible and licensed as CC.
- Advertise EPFL’s online open offering internally and externally.

**Your profile**:
You hold a MSc Degree in law, learning science or engineering. You have experience in leading multi-disciplinary projects and acting in a horizontal leadership role. The qualities we are looking for are:

- experience with managing open education projects
- knowledge of legal frameworks relating to copyrights and data management
- knowledge of trends and challenges in educational technologies
- strong communication skills
- familiarity with technical standards (metadata, resource formats, platforms)- excellent mastery of written and spoken english and french**We offer**:
