Zur Unterstützung am Hauptsitz der Neuroth Hörcenter AG Schweiz in Zug suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als administrativen Support für das HRM-Team eine*n

Human Resources Management Assistance (w/m/d) zu 40 - 50%


Sie sind zuständig für den reibungslosen administrativen Ablauf in unserer HR-Abteilung.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören

  • Bearbeitung des gesamten On- und Offboardingprozesses unserer Mitarbeitenden
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Vereinbarungen
  • Erstellung von Arbeits- und Zwischenzeugnissen
  • Administrative Bearbeitung im Rekrutierungsprozess
  • Erstellung und Bewirtschaftung von HRM-Monatslisten
  • Aktualisierungen von Personaldossiers und Ablage
  • Unterstützung der gesamten HR-Abteilung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich
  • Abschluss Personal-Assistent/in
  • Organisierte, strukturierte und sehr genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch, gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe und Zusammenhänge
  • Teamfähige, belastbare, integre, vertrauenswürdige und aufgestellte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse
