Deine Aufgaben, Du…
- unterstützt und übernimmst selbständig verschiedene Aufgaben im Bereich HR Operations
- kümmerst um die verschiedensten Anliegen der Mitarbeitenden
- verwaltest das Zeiterfassungssystem, pflegst die Personaldossiers und erstellst diverse Dokumente wie z.B. Arbeitszeugnisse
- gestaltest den Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozess aktiv mit
- unterstützt bei der Erstellung diverser Reports und der Datenaufbereitung für Audits
- hast die Möglichkeit, an spannenden HR-Projekten mitzuarbeiten und diese aktiv mitzugestalten
- arbeitest bei Bedarf auch in den Bereichen Learning & Development, HR Business Partner und Recruiting mit
Dein Profil, Du…
- hast einen Universitäts-/Hochschulabschluss oder einen kaufmännischen Hintergrund (vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt HR)
- hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich
- besitzt sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
- verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie vernetztes Denken und Handeln
- überzeugst durch eine präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- bist eine belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit stetigem Interesse an deiner Weiterentwicklung
