The Role

We're seeking university students or recent graduates to join our team as International Operations Interns. As a representative of our brand, you'll provide world-class customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

You'll be responsible for front-office activities, including customer service and sales, as well as back-office tasks like operations handling, quality control, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, register guests, process payments, and explain campervan functionalities.
  • Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campervans and road trip extras.
  • Quality Control: Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and address maintenance or repair needs.
  • Support Activities: Support the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Requirements
  • Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, a valid driver's license, and a work permit.
  • Ability to thrive in international environments, meet new cultures, and connect with people.
  • Problem-solving mindset, strong customer service orientation, and a willingness to learn.
