At Batgroup, our mission is to become the global leader provider of the "well-being at home" with high-quality cleaning services. With 150 employees and more than 4,000 Trusted Professional Cleaning Agents, we are making that a reality. Our primary mission is to fight against Black Market and ensure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurances they deserve.
About our program:
As an Internship Program participant at Batmaid, you'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
During the internship, you'll get exposure to our core customer and business markets, our products, and other core business topics. Depending on the length of the internship, rotational assignments can be a key part of the program. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes that make a real difference for our business.
What you will see during our Internship Program:
Operations: Provide our customers and cleaning agents with the highest level of service and support by answering queries and making recommendations to achieve successful satisfaction across our B2C, B2B, and EOT offerings.
Recruitment: Devise ingenious ways of attracting new talent applications, while accompanying candidates from their initial contact through to the end of their Batmaid Academy training, learning how to make hiring decisions along the way.
Requirements

- You are a Bachelor or Master student or recent graduate from any academic background.
- You are an innovative quick learner that is up for the challenge of working in a fast-paced, agile, fast-growing company.
- You have an entrepreneur mindset and take ownership of individual tasks.
- You want to grow professionally as well as personally.
- You want to work in an international and multicultural setting.
- You speak English to a minimum C1 level.
- You speak German to a minimum C1 level.
- You may even have further language skills, which add to our valued diversity.
Programme duration: Between 6 to 12 months - full time.
