Program Overview

As an Internship Program participant, you'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working closely with professionals and gaining valuable experience in our business. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful outcomes, and develop unique skills that set you apart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and cleaning agents.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals in various departments, including Customer Cleaning Operations, Business Cleaning Operations, End-of-Tenancy Operations, Recruitment, and Administration.
  • Contribute to the success of our business by providing innovative solutions and implementing best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for making a positive impact, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset. You should be a Bachelor or Master student or recent graduate from any academic background, with a minimum C1 level in English and German.
