Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter auf ihren Weiterbildungswegen
  • Planung und Koordination der verschiedenen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
  • Verwaltung der zugeordneten Ausbildungsbudgets
  • Interne Kommunikation über die Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Verwaltung und Monitoring des operativen Teils unserer Learning Management Platform (LMS)
  • Evaluation und Umsetzung neuer Trends im Bereich Aus- und Weiterbildung


Deine Qualifikationen für diese Stelle

  • EFZ mit kaufmännischer Berufsmaturität oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Organisation und Administration im Bereich Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Strukturierte, proaktive, lösungsorientierte Person mit Sinn für Details und Gewandtheit im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office
  • Deutsche oder französische Muttersprache mit guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache (mindestens B2) und in Englisch (mindestens B2)
