Tes responsabilités pour le poste
- Traiter de manière autonome l'administration RH pour environ 15 pharmacies BENU en collaboration avec le HR Business Partner, l'Area Manager et le Responsable de la pharmacie
- Gérer les processus d'entrées et de sorties des collaborateurs
- Gérer la comptabilité salariale, les mutations, la gestion du temps et les assurances sociales
- Soutenir les cadres et les collaborateurs dans toutes les questions RH
- Collaborer avec différentes autorités pour l'obtention d'autorisations
Tes qualifications pour ce poste
- CFC d'employé de commerce, complété par un certificat de Gestionnaire RH (HRSE) ou formation équivalente
- Minimum 3 années d’expérience dans l'administration RH
- Maîtrise des systèmes RH et MS Office (Abacus)
- Langue maternelle française (C2) avec de bonnes connaissances de la langue allemande (minimum B2)
- Personnalité fiable, orientée client, proactive et ayant un attrait pour l'administration
- Forte capacité d'organisation, structuré, précis, autonome et accompagné d'un esprit positif
