Dans un contexte de forte croissance, nous recherchons notre nouveau collaborateur, garant du suivi des commandes et de la coordination des livraisons.

Votre mission

Au cœur de notre département Cartier opérations Supply Chain sur le campus de Villars-sur-Glâne, vous aurez en charge la gestion des demandes et des commandes des marchés relatives aux lignes de produits en charge.

En interaction avec les filiales internationales, la production et des entités multiples, votre rôle sera de garantir une information optimale en termes de délai, pertinence et fiabilité.

Vous suivez et gérez les commandes et coordonnez les livraisons :

Contact privilégié des marchés/régions pour tout sujet lié à la disponibilité produit, commande, livraison et retour des produits Gestion du portefeuille de commandes : suivi quotidien des commandes, arbitrage des allocations en lien avec les Planificateurs Distribution Suivi des urgences en mobilisant l'ensemble des interlocuteurs de la chaîne (marchés, régions, entrepôt central et manufacture) afin de répondre au mieux au besoin du client et tenir notre engagement en terme de délai

Tâches additionnelles

Gestion des litiges/anomalies liés à des problèmes de livraisons, coordination avec Richemont International Distribution, régularisation et émission des documents comptables Coordination du processus pour les pièces fabriquées à la commande (réception du devis, tarification, passage des commandes...)

Votre rigueur, votre organisation, votre sens d'analyse et des priorités sont de véritables atouts pour assurer un rôle de support auprès de nos filiales. De plus, votre polyvalence, votre autonomie et votre relationnel sont des qualités qui vous permettent d'accomplir vos missions avec habilité et exigence.

Vous avez une expérience significative dans le domaine du service client et possédez à minima un CFC en commerce et/ou formation équivalente.
Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et votre niveau d'anglais vous permet de vous exprimer avec aisance tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit

Une expertise sur Excel, SAP module SD ainsi qu'une appétence pour les outils informatiques sont demandées.
