Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der HR-Administration für ca. 15 BENU-Apotheken in Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR Business Partner, dem Area Manager und den Geschäftsführenden Apothekern
  • Verwaltung der Ein- und Austrittsprozesse von Mitarbeitenden
  • Verarbeitung der Lohnbuchhaltung, Mutationen, des Zeitmanagements und der Sozialversicherungen
  • Unterstützung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in allen HR-Belangen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Behörden bei der Einholung von Bewilligungen

Deine Qualifikationen für diese Stelle

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich HR (Personalassistenz oder Personalsachbearbeiter HRSE)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration
  • Versierter Anwender von HR- und MS-Office-Programmen (Abacus)
  • Muttersprache Französisch (C2) mit guten Kenntnissen in Deutsch (mindestens B2)
  • Zuverlässige, kundenorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit einer hohen Affinität zu Administration
  • Starke Organisationsfähigkeit, strukturiert, präzise, selbständig und mit einer positiven Einstellung
