Our client is a leading fintech in channel finance. Their market leading proprietary platform and services connect and support global and regional technology companies with their clients and funding partners in over 41 countries. Their offices in London and Zug manage all business in EMEA including origination, structuring, execution and transactions management. Their team members in the USA, EMEA and APJ have decades of experience in the channel finance, IT and banking industries.

As Director, EMEA Sales Business Development, you will work as part of the Sales and Business Development Teams in transaction origination, with colleagues and Senior Management in Capital Markets on transaction structuring and execution. You have principal responsibility for securing new channel finance opportunities, and once active, managing interface with vendors within your portfolio. Additionally, you will be expected to scope, design, and oversee execution of the related sales initiatives with your assigned portfolio. Your role will involve travelling to meet clients and prospective clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and research new vendor opportunities for WeFi, and once identified assist in structuring and executing the sales initiatives.
  • For existing vendor partners in your portfolio, co-ordinate coverage with customer care to ensure that the said programs are operating smoothly. Work to broaden and grow existing programs through new product offerings.
  • Contribute to transactions execution by providing the requisite information to the Client Structuring Group (CSG) for program design/solution structuring purposes.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in economics or finance
  • Experience in technology enterprise sales, preferably with experience in Channel Finance.
  • Excellent client-facing and communications skills
  • Solid attention to detail and multitasking skills
