Poste: Business Performance Manager

Mandatés par un de nos clients, nous recherchons pour un poste de Business Performance Manager.

  1. Assure la remontée des informations financières, coordonne les clôtures mensuelles et tous les exercices prévisionnels (budget, rolling forecast) dans le respect des règles de l’Entreprise.
  2. Support et garant des analyses des résultats mensuels et prévisionnels, en collaboration avec les directeurs d'établissement.
  3. Assure le conseil et l'accompagnement de l’exploitation dans la connaissance des enjeux financiers et des règles de gestion.
  4. Remonte à la Direction Générale les risques liés à la non atteinte des objectifs.
  5. Contrôle les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles dans les délais et les règles définis par la Direction Générale et le Groupe.
  6. Analyse avec le support des directeurs d’établissement les GT, GR.
  7. Fournit lors des CDO, l’interprétation, l’analyse des écarts, l’identification des risques potentiels et les actions correctives réalisées.
  8. Anime et co-pilote avec le Responsable financier les processus budgétaires en lien avec les directeurs d’établissement et la Direction Générale.
  9. Garantit la fiabilité des exercices prévisionnels par l’analyse critique des hypothèses, des risques et des opportunités à prendre en compte.
  10. Contribue, par son expertise, à la prise des décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles.
  11. Intervient en support financier des directeurs d’établissement dans la valorisation, le suivi et l’optimisation.
  12. Challenge, conseille et accompagne l’exploitation dans la mise en place des plans d'actions correctifs.
  13. Analyse critique et est force de proposition quant aux plans d’actions à mettre en œuvre.
  14. Suit les rentabilités dans le TS013.
  15. Garantit le respect et la bonne application des standards et procédures de la comptabilité et de la finance.
  16. Adapte, si nécessaire, les processus locaux aux systèmes développés.
  17. Veille au respect de l’environnement et des règles de sécurité.
