TasksAs a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative solutions to customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure projects are executed to the highest standards while fostering strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their business objectives.
- Leading project teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Identifying risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and delivery processes.
- Acting as the main point of contact between stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven experience in service delivery or project management roles, preferably within the software or IT consulting industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in German & English.
- Willingness to work 80% remotely and attend on-site in Switzerland once a week.
