P&A Product Advisor EMEA

We are looking for a P&A Product advisor for the EMEA region. The role is based in any EMEA office and travel could get up to maximum 10% of time. This is a 24-month full-time temporary role.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

1. Accessory Product Management (45%)
  • Manage full accessory portfolio for the on road, offroad and on water Powersports vehicles.
  • Build strong collaboration with global product teams to influence EMEA product needs and regulations.
  • Coordinate with Service and Operations team ensuring support for all product related topics, product system updates.
  • Develop EMEA Accessory product portfolio of the future / build and evaluate the business cases in collaboration with global product teams.
  • Manage the process for novelty accessory launches, line-up validation, EMEA market pricing, SAP status code setting – manage the governance with global teams for accessories and parts.
  • Accessory product specialist for EMEA region.
  • Ensure spec book updates at novelty launch and during season. Influence global team to establish process and provide focus towards the EMEA accessory business.
2. Accessory Go to market strategy (35%)
  • Work in close collaboration with business development coordinator PAA ensuring product knowledge support.
  • Coordinate Retail environment definition for our networks in collaboration with network development team – define product insights to planogram – collaborate to ensure proper regional setup
  • Manage the forecast planning of the novelty and expensive accessory portfolio.
  • Manage the Focus Item List in strong collaboration with EMEA and global teams.
  • Accessory market trend monitoring.
3. Accessory Training to core teams (20%)
  • Train Commercial and Marketing teams on product novelties.
  • Ensure self-serving product training tools development.
  • Develop tools that will help onboarding of new business partners.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • University or higher education degree or 5+ years of experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a technical commercial or product management background.
  • Strong English skills; any other language is a plus.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical and process driven.
  • Business savviness.
  • Precise but creative.
  • Good influencer to local and global teams.
  • Aftermarket industry knowledge is not mandatory but a plus.
