Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Care Adviser au sein de notre département Customer Service.

Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vos tâches principales sont les suivantes :

  • Traiter les demandes des clients du monde entier par téléphone, courriels, lettres et générer leur enthousiasme pour nos produits et nos services
  • Reconnaître et résoudre efficacement et rapidement les plaintes des clients
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe et d’autres départements pour assurer la cohérence des informations
  • Coordonner et consigner les échanges avec les filiales et agents pour les demandes Customer Care, ainsi qu’avec le client final
  • Suivre chaque cas individuellement, le client doit se sentir valorisé, entendu et informé
  • Traiter et assurer le suivi les demandes particulières telles que l’envoi de set d’emballage préaffranchi, les cas d’allergies, etc.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre en permanence des améliorations à l’expérience client
  • Prendre en charge les montres reçues à la maison mère : clients privés étrangers et suisses, VIP, etc.
  • Présenter le Customer Service lors de visites d’internes et d'externes
  • Accueillir les clients privés à la réception
  • Assurer certaines tâches administratives
  • Soutenir les chefs de projets dans le développement des activités du service clients
Profil

Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un CFC de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent
Vous avez une expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans
Des bonnes connaissances du monde horloger et/ou du service clients sont un atout
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office

Etre centré(e) sur le client et agir en ayant toujours le client à l’esprit
Ecouter et être empathique
Travailler aussi bien de manière autonome qu’en équipe
Faire preuve de dynamisme et de proactivité
Se montrer positif(ve) et convivial(e)
Rester calme lors de conversations difficiles et pouvoir prendre du recul
Désirer progresser et apprendre

Langues

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise et allemande, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
De bonnes connaissances orales du dialecte suisse-allemand sont un atout
Des connaissances de toute autre langue sont un atout
