In dieser Funktion rapportieren Sie direkt an den General Manager und sind Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung. Nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für alle Bereiche der Supply Chain. Sie entwickeln und implementieren Strategien zur Optimierung der Lieferkette, um Effizienz und Kosteneinsparungen zu maximieren.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Festlegung von Strategien und Grundsätzen für den Bereich SCM in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
- Strategische Führung und Ausrichtung der Supply-Chain-Abteilungen wie Production Planning, Procurement, Production, Logistics und Export
- Auf- und Ausbau der strategischen und operativen Beschaffung nach modernsten Managementmethoden
- Stärkung der Materialplanungskompetenzen im Einkauf und in der Produktionsplanung zur Steuerung der Lieferkette über mehrere Standorte
- Kontinuierliche technische und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung der Kernkompetenzen in der Produktion mittels Lean Management, KVP usw.
- Verantwortlich für Automatisierung und Digitalisierung aller produktiven und administrativen Prozesse
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Transport- und Exportmanagements unter Einhaltung der rechtlichen Vorgaben
- Auf- und Ausbau von Schlüsselkennzahlen zur Steuerung der Leistungserstellungsprozesse
