We are looking for a Senior Regional Manager (Central Region) with a background in Real Estate, Architectural Design, or Construction Engineering to join our team. As the Regional Manager, EMEA InfraDev, you will be responsible for managing a regionally-based team that will oversee the development of a profitable portfolio of properties within Europe. The Senior Regional Manager will be responsible for a multi-disciplinary team comprising Real Estate, Construction, and Design Management.
The Central Region includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as focus regions. Additionally, this region supports some Eastern European countries.
Ideally, this role will be based in Berlin, Germany, or Zurich, Switzerland.

- Manage a regionally-based team responsible for delivering New Store Openings projects such as Tesla Centers (Sales + Service + Delivery), Delivery hubs, Bodyshops, Retail stores, temporary Service locations (SiS), temporary sales locations (Pop-Ups, Mall locations), Tesla office-only locations, renewal, relocation, and expansion of existing locations, and any future Sales and Service Infrastructure Development needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, internal and external stakeholders, architects, and engineers.
- Provide leadership to the regional team by building and motivating team members to meet project development goals, adhering to their responsibilities and milestones.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, provide regular reports to the Central InfraDev leadership team, and ensure InfraDev reporting and project management tools are always current.
- Ensure that the New Store Openings Milestone plan and existing portfolio remodel/expansion plan is up to date by aligning on a quarterly basis with the Service and Sales Business Planning and local SSD leadership teams.
- Manage the workload of the teams involved in Real Estate, Design, and Construction on a regional level.

- Educational background in Real Estate, Architectural Design, or Construction Engineering, alternatively relevant work experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
- Good understanding of the Real Estate, Design, and Construction process.
- Understanding of project scheduling and the ability to communicate and work closely with the regional team and external architects/consultants to ensure that project milestones are being met on time and complete.
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
- Proficient in REVIT and BIM 360 preferred.
- Strong leadership and executive presence – including effective communication skills.
- Ideally, both English and German language skills.
