Your initial focus will be on maximizing employee adoption of a unified ERP application landscape (SAP S/4HANA) and standard business processes through multiple releases. Over time, the role will increasingly also focus on mobilizing new ways of working and associated capabilities and culture.Major Accountabilities: You will be responsible for various types of changes across the country/ NOCC arising from the LDC program. Your key responsibilities include:Customizing global change strategies and plans to ensure fast adoption and high utilization of new tools and ways of working in your locationDelivering outcomes aligned with project plansCollaborating with Functional change leads and the global OD teamLeading the Organizational Change Management work stream, and plan execution in country including any Communications and TrainingCoaching senior leaders and executives in their roles as change sponsorsWorking with country stakeholders- people managers, and supervisors in managing transitionsAssisting project managers and teams in integrating change management activities into their project plansThinking through longer term organizational implications of changes and working with key stakeholders to devise strategies to address theseProviding input to change communications and training plansLeading meetings to understand changes and develop a change adoption planAnalyzing and implementing strategies to overcome resistance to changeEvaluating the cost and budgetary impact of change managementKey Performance Indicators:Overall change effectiveness measures.Business value capture from key programs.Quality of relationships with relevant leaders and team.Must HavesGraduate or postgraduate degree; Coaching or psychology background desirable;Further education change management, organizational development;5+ years’ experience driving organizational change projects;Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry;Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as solid presentation skills;Flexible and adaptable;able to work in ambiguous situations;A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional;Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others;Ability to influence others (Sr. leadership) and move toward a common vision or goal.Resource should have extensive experience in organizational change management program design and implementation related to large scale, multi-site ERP solutions like SAP.Should be able to build trust, engage, and inspire change among senior stakeholders.Should be an inspirational communicator, a great listener, well organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.This role will be supporting Greece, Romania and the Baltics so if there are any candidates that are Greek or Romanian speakers that would be nice to have.
