En quelques mots

Nous recherchons un ou une Support Specialist 2nd Level pour l’un de nos clients dans le secteur bancaire.

Votre mission

  • Assurer le 2e niveau de support, technique et fonctionnel, pour les applications bancaires administrées au sein de l’équipe.
  • Prendre en charge les incidents, les documenter, analyser les problèmes, effectuer les déblocages ou transmettre, le cas échéant, les investigations au 3e niveau de support.
  • Construire et maintenir la documentation opérationnelle nécessaire à l’administration des applications bancaires, selon les standards établis.
  • Accompagner les équipes de 1e niveau dans la prise en charge des procédures de déblocage, assurer une formation continue auprès de ces équipes.
  • Prendre en charge, en alternance, le piquet commun 24h/24 7j/7 pour ces mêmes applications.

Votre profil

  • Formation professionnelle technique supérieure (HES /ETS) ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience dans l’administration d’applications dans un environnement de production diversifié (Unix / Linux/ Windows).
  • Expérience dans la résolution de problèmes (2e niveau et/ou 3e niveau) orienté applications/packages sur des plateformes hétérogènes.
  • Connaissance Bancaire back et front requise.
  • Connaissance de SQL requise.
  • Connaissance des langages de script Unix (Shell, PERL), Windows (PowerShell) souhaitée.
  • Connaissance des outils d’Industrialisation et d’Automatisation : Rundeck, Puppet, Bamboo, Confluence, JIRA.
  • Aptitude pour la documentation, capacité à transmettre ses connaissances.
