This role involves assisting users with software configuration, installing peripherals, and troubleshooting Workstations, printers, and videoconferencing tools (Yealink). The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents at Level 2, helping users with Office 365 software, managing asset inventory, and performing onboarding and offboarding tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in computer science or a related field and hold a Microsoft Certification of office tools and Windows 11. Previous experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess knowledge of Sharepoint Administration, Data protection, security, and integrity, as well as general knowledge in networking (cisco) and Yealink videoconferencing equipment.

In this role, you will analyze needs, ensure optimization, and use existing technologies efficiently. You will also work closely with the team to implement long-term strategic technology plans and provide documentation detailing deployment and installation procedures for various services.

To be considered for this position, please ensure you meet all the required criteria outlined below:

  • Degree in computer Science or related field
  • Microsoft Certification of office tools and Windows 11
  • Previous experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint Administration, Data protection, security, and integrity
  • General knowledge in networking (cisco)

  • Ability to methodically identify problems and perform 'troubleshooting' in accordance with guidelines
