Nous sommes à la recherche d'unPROJECT MANAGERpassionné et expérimenté pour piloter des projets de conception et de réalisation de machines spéciales ainsi que de lignes de production, depuis leur initiation jusqu'à leur mise en service.

Gestion de Projet :
Piloter des projets de conception et de réalisation de machines spéciales et de lignes de production de l’initiation à la mise en service.
Établir et suivre les plannings, les budgets et les ressources nécessaires.
Assurer le respect des budgets, des délais et des exigences de qualité tout au long du projet.
Servir d’interface principale entre les clients et les équipes internes.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements (ventes, ingénierie, opérations, service, etc.) pour garantir l'intégration harmonieuse des systèmes.
Communiquer régulièrement avec les parties prenantes pour fournir des mises à jour sur l'avancement du projet.
Animer des réunions de suivi de projet et rédiger des rapports d'avancement.
S'assurer que les solutions techniques répondent aux besoins des clients et respectent les normes de sécurité et de qualité.
Mettre en place des retours d’expérience pour améliorer les projets futurs.
Profil recherché :
Diplôme en ingénierie mécanique, électromécanique, automation ou un domaine connexe.
Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets dans le secteur des machines spéciales ou de l’agroalimentaire un plus.
Solides connaissances en conception mécanique, automatisation, robotique et gestion de projets.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Excellentes capacités de communication, sens de l’organisation, rigueur, proactivité, et esprit d’équipe.
Expérience avérée dans la gestion de budgets, de plannings et de ressources humaines.
Habitué à évoluer dans un environnement matriciel et cross-fonctionnel.
