Les TMR (Transports de Martigny et Régions) jouent un rôle clé dans la mobilité de la région, en assurant des services de transport public performants (bus, train) et en menant des projets d'ingénierie ferroviaire ambitieux. Pour accompagner notre croissance et renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons :

VOS MISSIONS

Vous assurez la maintenance et le support de niveau 1 pour l’ensemble des utilisateurs finaux (matériel, logiciel et réseaux). Vous coordonnez et documentez les incidents nécessitant un niveau 2 ou 3 vers le prestataire externe selon les procédures définies. Vous répondez à la gestion des incidents matériels et logiciels via un outil de ticketing. Vous collaborez à l’installation, la configuration et la mise à jour des postes de travail ainsi qu’à la gestion des accès et à la formation des utilisateurs. Vous garantissez le déploiement des correctifs de sécurité ainsi que la sensibilisation aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité. Vous assurez également les suivis des diverses alertes et backups.

VOTRE PROFIL

Au bénéfice d’un CFC d’informaticien.ne ou d’une formation jugée équivalente, vous pouvez faire valoir quelques années d’expérience dans le domaine. Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des systèmes d’exploitation (Windows, IOS, Android) ainsi que des systèmes AD, Azure et M365. Vous maîtrisez également la gestion de réseaux de base (DHCP, DNS, IP). Faisant preuve d’une sensibilité pour la sécurité informatique, vous êtes une personnalité curieuse, ayant le sens du service et de la communication. De bonnes connaissances en anglais et/ou allemand sont des atouts.
