Your tasks- Study the effect of cationic contaminants in proton exchange membranes for water electrolysis cells (collaboration with industry)
- Understand the effect of specific cations on membrane properties
- Characterize single cell performance characteristics and durability attributes
- Devise and implement methods for decontamination
- Supervise undergraduate students in research projects
- Publish results in international leading scientific journals, disseminate results at international conferences
- University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
- Doctorate in the area of ion exchange membranes or membrane-based electrochemical cells
- Solid background in Electrochemistry
- Experience in supervision of student projects
- Well-developed communication skills and good command of the English language (spoken & written)
