PRODUCT OWNER TECHNICAL at Zensar Technologies Location: Geneva, Switzerland Job Description Principal duties include: Solution Architecture Design – participate in design of overall Indico solution architecture and integration points with enterprise systems (Physical Security, Zoom, SharePoint, etc.) Define data models, entity relationships, security framework and compliance controls Create technical documentation and solution blueprints System configuration, customization and development of custom entities, forms, workflows, dashboards and reports Systems integration – orchestrate integration between Indico and third‑party systems, lead development of APIs and middleware Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards Systems Testing – design integration test scripts, UAT test scripts, employ automated testing, manage UAT with end users Change Management – develop training materials, coordinate training sessions for user groups Deliverables The role will produce the following deliverables: Solution Architecture Package (high‑level and detailed diagrams, technical specs, integration blueprint) Data models and entity relationship diagrams, security & compliance framework document Design & Configuration documents – functional design, system configuration, customization, UI/UX mockups Technical specifications, custom development specs, API design & integration docs Data migration strategy, source‑to‑target mapping, transformation rules, validation criteria, test cases Integration requirements, interface control documents, API docs, test plans & reports Post‑Implementation Phase deliverables – transition procedures, operational support, system documentation, as‑built solution, maintenance schedules, backup & disaster recovery docs Reporting Reports to the ERP Solution Manager (ESD / External Applications Team). Profile – Education, Certifications and Knowledge University degree in information technology, computer science or related field (experience may be considered in lieu) Desirable certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL Experience: 10+ years leading development teams, 5+ years Python, 5+ years managing containerised cloud environments (Docker/AWS) Background in test script creation, UAT facilitation, post‑implementation support and continuous improvement Track record of stakeholder management at executive levels Experience configuring the Indico solution, change management, user adoption strategies, project budget and timeline management Excellent communication skills – spoken and written English Competencies – Job Related Architect and oversee complex software solutions aligned with business needs and technical standards Advanced Python knowledge, strong problem‑solving, trend analysis, solution design Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements Adapt solutions to fast‑paced, evolving environments Lead software and UAT testing, ensuring high‑quality, maintainable, secure systems Identify opportunities to enhance development practices and processes Align with organisational technical standards, participate in IT governance Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Product Management and Marketing Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
