About the Role We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Product Owner to lead the evolution and roadmap of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role is pivotal for MSC’s global logistics operations, acting as the primary interface between HQ governance stakeholders, local operations teams, and MSC Technology’s project team responsible for delivery, rollout, and support. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain a multi-year, outcomes-based product roadmap aligned with HQ strategy and transformation goals. Co‑develop scope, KPIs, and success criteria with business governance and site stakeholders; track benefit realization across deployments. Serve as the business-facing representative for the WMS program, managing decisions, trade‑offs, and priorities. Own and manage the enterprise product backlog, balancing evolution, rollout needs, and support activities. Define and enforce standards for localization, reuse, and release gates; ensure clear acceptance criteria for all deliverables. Partner with architecture and technical leads to align with corporate standards and vendor reference architectures. Govern scope and deliverables from external partners; ensure comprehensive documentation and playbooks for internal use. Facilitate capability building for internal IT teams post‑rollout. Lead organizational change initiatives including training, communications, and adoption metrics. Drive continuous improvement cycles based on feedback and performance metrics. Run structured go / no‑go criteria and lead post go‑live debriefs and benefit tracking. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in WMS is an absolute must‑have Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in large-scale logistics platform implementations. Strong ability to convert business requirements into actionable plans and manage stakeholder expectations. Expertise in backlog management, value-based prioritization, and end-to-end delivery. Familiarity with tier-1 WMS vendors and operating models. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM is a strong advantage. Must be an EU citizen – we do not offer visa sponsorship for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
