In dieser spannenden Position sind Sie für das Erstellen der Konzepte von wettbewerbsfähigen Produkten der Rheinmetall Air Defence AG verantwortlich, Sie beschreiben neue Produkte und setzen diese in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering um. Weiter sind Sie für die Optimierung Ihres Produktportfolios über den gesamten Lebenszyklus verantwortlich.

Konkret erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie bei der Ableitung von Kundenbedürfnissen & Anforderungen
  • Identifizierung von bestmöglichen Differenzierungen zum Markt (USP) sowie die Ableitungen von abgestimmten Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Erstellen eines abgestimmten Businessplans zu jedem Produkt
  • Generierung von Produktideen und Erstellung von Key Requirement Specifications (KRS) inkl. Zielpreisdefinition
  • Durchführung von Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen
  • Initialisierung von Produktentwicklungen (Ideen) inkl. Make-or-Buy-Analysen sowie Beratung
  • Entwicklung der Produkt-Roadmaps einschließlich Produktpositionierung und -strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales & Marketing
  • Unterstützung bei der Markteinführung (Produktbroschüren, Logistik, Dienstleistungen und interne Schulungen)
  • Initiierung und Koordinierung von Produktverbesserungen und Beseitigung von Obsoleszenzen in Absprache mit Sales, Engineering & Operations

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Sie verfügen vorzugsweise über eine technische Berufserfahrung, betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Product Management sowie im Project Management
  • Sie verfügen nachweislich über fundierte Kenntnisse in folgenden Bereichen: Marktanalyse, Produktstrategie & Business Plan, Produktinnovation und -Realisierung
  • Sie verfügen bevorzugt über ein fundiertes Fachwissen in Bezug auf kinetische und nicht kinetische Effektoren und sind in der Lage zu Antizipieren
  • Zu Ihren Stärken zählen: Kommunikation, Teamwork, Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität und Dynamik, Initiative, Belastbarkeit sowie unternehmerisches Flair
  • Eine militärische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil (Offizier bevorzugt)
  • Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift), weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
