Your opportunity
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for building new products and solutions to ensure the future growth of Scandit's business. You will join the Industry Solutions Team and lead 0-1 product development efforts. This means you will focus on ideating high-value products, validating them quickly, and driving product discovery up to launching a minimum viable product. You'll collaborate closely with Industry Solution Managers, UX, and Engineering to mitigate product risks from the start.
Research and Discovery: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer pain points, needs, and opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and assess innovative product ideas that address identified problems. Prototyping: Lead the development of prototypes to validate product concepts and iterate based on feedback and testing. You will work closely with design, engineering, and UX teams in this process Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on product ideas and prototypes. Make sure the product vision aligns with customer needs and business goals. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives and go-to-market teams.Who we look for
Minimum of 5+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B software or technology Strong track record of managing 0-1 product development projects from idea to launch. Strong entrepreneurial drive and business acumen Ability to turn market and customer research into actionable product ideas Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies. Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
