You want to operate at the cutting edge of AI, leading groundbreaking developments in AI safety and security for global impact. As a Senior Product Manager at Lakera, you will drive implementation of features and projects for our flagship GenAI security platform, Lakera Guard.
From conducting comprehensive research to deeply understand our users’ and customers’ pain points, to crafting and implementing a product vision, your efforts will be instrumental in shaping the forefront of the new AI security space, ensuring that Lakera Guard not only meets but exceeds the evolving demands of AI technology and its users.

Job Level: This position is an IC (individual contributor) role.
What You'll Do
- Help create completely new security products that keep AI agents safe.
- Perform user research to design a whole new set of LLM-powered workflows and practices for security teams to adapt to monitoring an ecosystem of interacting AI agents.
- Spend time with our customers and prospects and deeply understand their problems and challenges (“what keeps them awake at night?”)
- Set out a roadmap and prioritization strategy that artfully trades off enterprise customer requirements and tech debt with iterative experiments to find product market fit.
- Create and launch exciting MVPs, then iterate based on early customer feedback, and bring your vision to our customers.
- You get a kick out of spending time with users and customers, deeply understand their problems and challenges, and create outsized value for them.
- You have successfully led and evolved technical enterprise products that combine robust functionality with excellent user experience.
- You value simplicity over complexity in everything you do, from your own work to the products that you help create.
- Your experience should include:
- Ownership of the end-to-end delivery of software that has demonstrably had a significant impact on customers.
- Demonstrated ability to deeply understand and solve problems for technical users and buyers (e.g. developers, security teams, or infrastructure teams).
- Track record of building products that require deep integrations into customer systems.
- Experience in driving product improvements through rapid experimentation and iteration in an enterprise context.
- Cybersecurity or AI product experience is a plus.
- You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment full of uncertainty, you love taking ownership and initiative, and move things quickly.
- You aspire to play a pivotal role in defining the future of secure AI within a mission-driven company with ambitious goals.
