Job Description:

We're Snapbau, a best new operational software for the procurement and tendering processes in the construction industry. We're currently on the lookout for Freelance Business Developers. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies, and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients. If you have a knack for developing businesses and love working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, then you're just the person we're looking for. Come help us build something great at Snapbau

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation:
    • Generate new business leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  2. Client Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their business needs and present our services or products effectively.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  3. Proposal Development:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
    • Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of our products or services.
  4. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  5. Strategic Partnerships:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships that enhance the company's offerings and market reach.
    • Collaborate with external organizations to create joint ventures or alliances.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
    • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and business development progress.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in business development or sales
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of the building construction industry
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
