UX/UI Designer

Abilect is a fast-growing company based in Chavannes-de-Bogis, Vaud that has over a short period of time become a market leader for property-related services in Switzerland. Our company provides the digital tools necessary for our customers to connect with the right service providers, manage and execute their service transactions. We are proudly in partnership with several major organisations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and testing
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelors degree in design, computer science, engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a UX designer, UI designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects
- Background in project management and research
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Proficient in design software
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS ; JavaScript is a plus
- Strong analytical and creative tendencies
- Strong problem solving skills
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Excellent communication skills

**Supplementary information**:

- Full time position (100%)
- Work from home not possible
- This is a mission contract for a period of minimum 3 months and maximum 6 months.

**Job Types**: Full-time, 90-100%, Fixed term, Temp to perm
